Gmail Ticket Parsing and AI Processing: If you connect your Gmail account, we process emails from known ticket vendors to extract ticket details. We may send limited email content snippets to OpenAI for this purpose. We do not store full email bodies, only parsed metadata such as event name, date, and venue. OpenAI processes this data under a DPA and does not use it to train its models. See our Subprocessors page for the current list of service providers.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
