StageHop uses the following subprocessors to provide and operate our services. When you connect Gmail and start an import, limited content from likely ticket confirmation emails and relevant ticket attachments may be processed by OpenAI solely to extract music event details. This data is processed under a DPA and is not used to train OpenAI models. TypeSafe AI may process limited email text and metadata to distinguish ticket confirmations from promotions and unrelated messages.
