1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to StageHop! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the StageHop mobile application ("App") operated by MVP App Studio, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, false, or violates these Terms.

4. Use of the App

4.1 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Post false, misleading, defamatory, or offensive content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the App to spam or send unsolicited communications

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You may be able to post, upload, or share content through the App ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by posting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your User Content in connection with operating and improving the App.

5.2 Content Standards

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights and complies with all applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MVP App Studio, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services, including ticketing platforms and event information providers. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee the accuracy of event information, including dates, times, venues, or ticket availability. Always verify event details with official sources before making plans or purchases.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MVP APP STUDIO, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MVP App Studio, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
