Child Safety Standards

Last updated: June 1, 2026

1. Our Commitment

StageHop - Concert Friends, operated by MVP App Studio, LLC, has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We prohibit child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking of a child for sex, sexualization of minors, and any behavior or content that exploits, abuses, or endangers children.

2. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

StageHop provides in-app reporting tools so users can report profiles, events, comments, or other content that may violate these standards. Users may choose the closest report reason or "Other" and include details describing the concern.

Child safety concerns can also be sent to hello@mvpappstudio.com. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first.

3. Review and Enforcement

We review reports and may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, preserve relevant information, or take other action when we identify conduct that violates these standards or our Terms of Service.

4. CSAM and Legal Reporting

When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or other unlawful child exploitation activity involving StageHop, we take appropriate action, including removal or disabling access where applicable, and report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional or national authority when required by law. We also cooperate with valid law enforcement requests.
